Moderator or support representative

The roles have different responsibilities, but share the same goal: giving members a safe and professional experience.

Moderator

As a moderator, you monitor activity on the platform and help ensure that members follow UnoNight's rules.

Review reported content and member inquiries.
Follow up on violations of rules and guidelines.
Help maintain a respectful and safe environment.
Document important assessments and incidents.

Support representative

As a support representative, you help members with questions about accounts, features, and using UnoNight.

Respond clearly and professionally to inquiries.
Guide members in using the platform.
Escalate technical or serious cases to the appropriate level.
Handle personal information discreetly.

What we look for

Requirements and benefits

You do not need previous experience as a moderator or support representative. What matters most is that you are mature, reliable, and comfortable with the responsibility involved.

What we expect

You are at least 18 years old.
You communicate calmly, clearly, and respectfully.
You can handle sensitive and adult content professionally.
You follow procedures, confidentiality requirements, and internal guidelines.
You have a good understanding of the language and culture in the area you will support.

Safety, training, and terms

Access and responsibilities are tailored to the role. You only receive access to the information and tools required for your work.

Safety

Member safety and privacy must always come first.

Access to member information is limited and role-based.
Information must never be shared or used for private purposes.
Serious incidents must be documented and escalated.

Training

You receive the necessary introduction before working independently.

An overview of rules, procedures, and responsibilities.
Training in the relevant panels and work tools.
Follow-up and support when you need it.

Terms

The role, scope, and any continued collaboration are clarified before you start.

Submitting an expression of interest does not automatically result in an offer of a role.
Access may be restricted or withdrawn if procedures are not followed.
You may express interest in one or both roles.
